The Deep and Soulful House Music legend that is The Rurals has always had two sides to it. Throughout their 16 year recording career, The Rurals producer and the man responsible for all the music, Andy Compton has always given us examples of great Down-Tempo tracks, made by actual musicians in a proper analogue studio. Andy included on nearly every album an example of something either, Jazzy or Funky or Instrumental, with elements of Hip-Hop, New Jazz and Chill-Out. Some big and sad Rural news.... "Farming Grooves" could be the last Rurals album with Tweek singing on! Due to certain circumstances they've decided to go separate ways. Marie will still be working with other artists however and Andy Compton will continue to spread the Rural vibe. Andy is already working with many new artists for his next album project.
